摘 要:以4,4′-二氨基苯甲酰替苯胺、2-萘酚和乙酰酪氨酸为原料,合成了一种新型的4,4′-二氨基苯甲酰替苯胺偶氮试剂2-萘酚乙酰酪氨酸二氨基苯甲酰替胺(2-NATDAB),研究了该试剂与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应.结果表明,在聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚的存在下,pH=6的磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲溶液中,2-NATDAB能与铜(Ⅱ)发生显色反应,铜(Ⅱ)与其形成物质的量比为1∶1的配合物,紫外可见吸收光谱最大吸收波长位于490 nm.建立了一种测定铜(Ⅱ)的光度分析新方法,线性范围为0.25~1.25×10-5 mol/L,该方法可用于水质中铜(Ⅱ)的直接测定.A new compound,4,4′-diamino benzanilide azo compound 2-naphthol acetyl tyrosine 4,4′-diamino benzanilide(2-NATDAB)was synthesized based on 4,4′-diamino benzanilide,2-naphthol and N-actyl-tyrosine.The chromogenic reaction between 2-NATDAB and Cu(Ⅱ)was studied.The results showed that 2-NATDAB could react with copper(Ⅱ)in the presence of polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether in disodium hydrogen phosphate-citrate buffer solution at pH=6.The complex of 2-NATDAB and copper(Ⅱ)with a mole ratio of 1∶1 was formed,and the maximum absorption wavelength was 490 nm.A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper(Ⅱ)was established,with a linear range of 0.25-1.25×10-5 mol/L.This method could be used for the direct determination of copper(Ⅱ)in water.
