摘  要:斗齿是挖掘机上的重要部件,在挖掘过程中会承受强烈冲击。为保证斗齿在复杂载荷下能够正常工作,在斗齿原始尺寸未知的情况下,通过逆向建模和有限元分析对斗齿进行强度分析。以某型挖掘机斗齿为研究对象,应用三维扫描仪进行逆向扫描获取点云数据,应用Geomagic Studio软件进行去除杂点、简化数据等预处理,再通过UG进行逆向建模,获取模型的尺寸参数,进而在ANS YS中进行模态分析和瞬态分析,得到斗齿的固有特性以及冲击载荷下的动力学响应,为挖掘机斗齿的设计分析提供了一种新的思路。Bucket tooth is an important part in the excavator that would bear with strong impact during excavation.In order to ensure that the bucket tooth can normally operate under complex loads there has to analyze the tooth’s strength with the tooth’s dimensions original unknown,through an inversely constructed model and finite elements analysis.Taking a certain digger’s tooth for the study object to use a 3 D scanner to scan inversely so as to get cloud data through utilizing Geomagic Studio softwa re to remove the impurity and reduce the data among other pre-processes.And again,through UG to construct models inversely to have got models dimensional parameters.Further steps are to carry out modal analysis and transient analysis inside the ANSYS so as to have got the tooth’s original characters and dynamic response under impact loads,thus providing a new concept runway for design and analyzing excavators’bucket tooth.
