摘　　要：对于房屋建筑工程施工过程来说,地基处理施工技术是极为重要的一个方面,一旦出现质量问题,必然会影响整个住宅建设项目的使用效果。因此,必须严格控制和管理房屋建筑工程地基处理施工技术的操作,确保施工的准确性和有效性。我国建筑施工地基技术还有某些不足之处,为此,本文将对房屋建筑地基基础工程施工技术进行探讨,并提出相关建议。For the construction process of housing construction project,the foundation treatment construction technology is an extremely important aspect.Once there is a quality problem,it will inevitably affect the use effect of the whole housing construction project.Therefore,we must strictly control and manage the operation of foundation treatment construction technology of housing construction project to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of construction.In order to make up for this deficiency,this paper will discuss the construction technology of building foundation engineering,and put forward relevant suggestions.
