摘　　要：服务于闽台经济融合的金融人才培养的相关问题,一方面是两岸文化教育领域融合的重要方面,另一方面可直接服务于闽台经济融合,具有十分重要的意义。论文以两岸经贸合作的现状为切入点,首先介绍了两岸经济融合的背景,接着提出该背景下金融人才应具备的素质,然后针对现有金融人才培养模式存在的问题,提出优化金融人才培养模式的建议。The related issues of cultivating financial talents serving the economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan are,on the one hand,an important aspect of cross-strait cultural and educational integration,and on the other hand,they can directly serve the economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan,which is of great significance.The thesis takes the current situation of cross-strait economic and trade cooperation as an entry point,first introduces the background of cross-strait economic integration,then proposes the qualities that financial talents should have in this context,and then proposes an optimized financial talent training model for the existing problems Suggestions.
