摘　　要：目的:分析生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇治疗围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果。方法:选择130例围绝经期SUI患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组65例。对照组受试者单纯接受生物反馈电刺激治疗,以此为基础,观察组联合雌三醇治疗疾病,分析对比两组的治疗结果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组受试者干预后盆底肌肉张力水平明显更好,尿失禁量更少,功能性尿道长度以及最高尿道关闭压明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对于围绝经期SUI患者,应用生物反馈电刺激联合雌三醇软膏治疗能够取得满意成效,能够有效减少患者尿失禁量,提升盆底肌功能水平,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation and estriol on stress incontinence in perimenopausal women.Method 130 perimenopausal women with stress incontinence who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.The subjects in the control group were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation alone.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with estriol in combination to analyze the results.Results Compared with the control group,the subjects in the observation group had significantly better pelvic floor muscle tone,less urinary incontinence,significantly higher functional urethral length and the highest urethral closure pressure after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For perimenopausal women with stress incontinence,the application of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with estriol ointment can achieve satisfactory results.This method can effectively reduce urinary incontinence and improve pelvic floor muscle function,so it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
