摘　　要：建设责任政府是现代政治发展的一种趋势,明晰档案与责任政府建设的内在关联,探索档案服务责任政府建设的具体路径,有助于拓展档案价值的发挥空间。为此,建议从构建面向政府决策的档案知识库、建立基于档案的政府问责制度、提升档案公共服务能力、完善档案开放与利用制度四个方面着手,促进档案在责任政府建设中的功能实现。It is a trend of modern political development to build a responsible government.To clarify the internal relationship between archives and the construction of responsible government and to explore the specific path of archives participating in the construction of responsible government will help to expand the space of archives value.Therefore,it is suggested to construct the archives knowledge base for government decision-making,establish the accountability system of government based on archives,improve the capacity of archives public service,and improve the system of archives opening and utilization,so as to promote the realization of archives function in the construction of responsible government.
