摘　　要：中国供给侧结构性改革和20世纪80年代的美国供给学派经济学、里根经济学之间是什么关系?从经济背景、改革依据、改革举措、改革目标四个方面进行的比较分析发现:在改革举措方面,中国供给侧结构性改革参考借鉴了供给学派和里根经济学的一些做法和经验,但是大大超越了供给学派和里根经济学;在经济背景、改革依据和改革目标方面,中国供给侧结构性改革与供给学派、里根经济学有实质性差别。中国供给侧结构性改革有许多创新,有许多中国特色。更重要的是,中国供给侧结构性改革是一场中国式供给革命,是为了实现经济现代化。What is the relationship between China’s supply-side structural reform and American Supply-side School and Reagan Economics in the 1980 s?This paper makes a comparative analysis from four aspects:economic background,reform basis,reform measures and reform objectives,and finds that in terms of reform measures,China’s supply-side structural reform refers to some practices and experiences of the Supply-side School and Reagan Economics,but greatly surpasses the Supply-side School and Reagan Economics;in terms of economic background,reform basis and reform objectives,China’s supply-side structural reform is substantially different from that of the Supply-side School and Reagan Economics.China’s supply-side structural reform has many innovations and Chinese characteristics.More importantly,China’s supply-side structural reform is a supply revolution with Chinese style to realize economic modernization.
