摘 要:低浓碎解及除渣系统是废纸纤维再生循环利用的重要工艺处理环节,它与废纸原料的处理效率、纤维回收率和综合能耗有着直接关系。本文通过分析常规系统的设备配置和使用特点,通过有针对性的设备结构优化和流程改进,提出了新型废纸低浓碎解及除渣解决方案。系统优化以后可提高设备运行效率,降低综合能耗。Low-consistency pulping and residue removal system are in an important process of waste paper recycling process.It has a direct relationship with the treatment efficiency of waste paper raw materials,fiber recovery rate and comprehensive energy consumption.In this paper,we analyzed the equipment configuration and characteristics of conventional systems,and propose a solution for new low-consistency waste paper pulper and residue removal through targeted equipment structure optimization and process improvement.The system was optimized to increase the efficiency of the equipment and reduce the overall energy consumption.
