摘 要:目前市场上用膜转移方式生产的镜面铜版纸主要采用苯丙树脂,虽有高光泽、高平滑度,但涂层孔隙封闭,UV油墨印刷时干燥慢,容易造成油墨附着不牢问题。本研究主要探讨不同颜料与苯丙类胶乳搭配对UV油墨附着牢度的影响。实验结果证明:沉淀碳酸钙与苯丙类胶乳搭配生产的镜面铜版纸,除具有镜面铜版纸的高光泽、高平滑度的特点外,还具有良好的涂层孔隙和油墨吸收性,用UV油墨印刷时表现出良好的油墨附着牢度。Cast coated paper produced by film transfer using styrene-acrylic resin on the market has high gloss and smoothness.However,when UV ink is used for printing,the ink drying is slow due to the sealing of the coating,which may influence ink adhesion fastness.This study mainly explores the adhesion fastness of UV ink with different pigments and styrene-acrylic latex.The experiments proved that the cast coated paper produced by the collocation of precipitated calcium carbonate and styreneacrylic latex has good coating porosity and ink absorbency in addition to the high gloss and smoothness with cast coated paper.When printed with UV ink,cast coated paper provides a good ink adhesion fastness.
