摘　　要：为提高装船作业效率、延长驱动滚筒寿命、降低维修成本,对某型装船机悬臂皮带机驱动滚筒进行陶瓷包胶改造,避免恶劣天气(雨霜雾雪)、大角度作业或瞬时超量时悬皮打滑进而提高作业效率,经过实践,取得良好效果。To improve the loading operation ef ficiency,prolong the service life of the driving roller and reduce the maintenance cost,we have modi fied the driving roller of cantilever belt conveyor of a certain loader with ceramic coating to avoid the sliding of the suspended belt in severe weather(rain,frost,fog and snow),large-angle operation or instantaneous excess,thus improving the operation ef ficiency.Through practices,favorable results have been achieved.
