摘  要:为实现核级产品质量满足国家核安全法规及其导则要求的目的,基于生产过程控制中各层次识别、分析、满足顾客的计量要求的方面考量,研究了应用测量能力指数MCP和三分之一原则评估核级产品中测量过程控制的计算方法,保障核级产品生产过程中所用测量设备均经计量确认符合规定要求,所涉及测量过程的实施均受控。满足生产过程中工艺参数的精准测控,使核级产品质量在生产过程中得到保障。To ensure that the quality of nuclear grade products meets the requirements of national nuclear safety regulations and their guidelines,based on the identi fication and analysis of all levels in the production process control and to ensure that the measurement requirements of customers are met,this paper studied the application of measurement capability index MCP and one-third principle to evaluate the calculation method for the measurement process control of nuclear grade products,ensuring that the measurement equipment used for nuclear grade products meets the specified requirements in the production process,the implementation of all measurement processes is controllable,the accurate measurement and control of process parameters in the production process is met,and the quality of nuclear grade products is ensured during production.
