摘 要:氟硅橡胶由于本身分子结构特性以及所采用的补强填料反应活性大等原因,在混炼过程中容易出现结构化和粘辊现象,造成加工困难,生产效率低,产品质量差。本实验对影响氟硅橡胶混炼工艺性能的因素进行了研究,结果发现结构控制剂、加工助剂、混炼时间等对混炼工艺和硫化胶性能均有一定的影响,通过控制助剂用量和混炼时间长短可以解决氟硅橡胶的结构化与粘辊问题,使生产效率得以提高,产品质量得以改善。Due to the molecular structure of fluorosilicone rubber and the reactive activity of reinforcing filler,in the process of mixing,it is easy to appear the phenomenon of structurization and roller sticking,which results in difficult processing,low production efficiency and poor product quality.In this experiment,the factors affecting the mixing process and performance of fluorosilicone rubber were studied.The results showed that the structure control agent,processing aids,mixing time and so on had certain influence on the mixing process and vulcanization performance.By controlling the amount of admixture and mixing time,the problems of structurization and roller sticking of fluorosilicone rubber could be solved,and the production efficiency and product quality could be improved.
