摘  要:陶板是近年来发展起来以天然陶土为主要原料,经湿法成型、高温烧制而成的一种新型幕墙材料,可用于酒店、机场及办公楼等高档建筑的内、外墙装饰。陶板幕墙经严格的原料处理,高压挤出成型,1200℃的高温烧制,其理化性能非常稳定,具有良好的抗折、抗冲击、耐冻循环、耐腐蚀、节能减排等性能。陶板在生产时一次成型,深浅及大小统一,偏差小,自重轻,且具有一定的自洁功能,适合高层建筑使用。Ceramic plate is a new type of curtain wall material developed in recent years,which is mainly made of natural clay and is formed by wet process and high temperature firing.It can be used for interior and exterior wall decoration of high-grade buildings such as hotels,airports and office buildings.The ceramic curtain wall is processed by strict raw materials,extruded by high pressure,and fired at 1200 degrees.Its physical and chemical properties are very stable,with good bending resistance,impact resistance,freeze cycle resistance,corrosion resistance,conserve energy,reduce emissions and other properties.The ceramic plate is formed once in production,with uniform depth and size,small deviation,light weight,and certain self-cleaning function,which is suitable for high-rise buildings.
