摘  要:巴彦淖尔紫金有色金属有限公司由于本地锌精矿锌品位低,锌锭产能一直受到制约,为解决产量受限,公司外购粗颗粒焙砂,球磨后直接加入浸出系统,但粗颗粒焙砂含氯较高,而氯离子会对湿法系统造成严重影响。因此决定从源头利用碱洗脱氯,拟定了几种除氯方案,并进行了对比试验,试验结果表明NaOH调碱除氯效果最好,在液固比4∶1,pH=9左右,反应温度50℃,反应时间1.0 h的条件下,粗颗粒焙砂除氯效率可达到93%以上,满足公司湿法炼锌的要求。The production capacity of zinc ingots in Bayannaoer Zijin Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.has been constrained by the low grade of the local zinc concentrate.In order to solve the problem,the company purchased coarse calcine,which was directly added to the leaching system after grinding.However,the chlorine content of coarse calcine is high,and chloride ion will seriously affect the hydromeallugy process system.The company planed chlorineremoval by alkali elution,three chlorine removal schemes were designed,and the comparing tests were earried out.The result showed that the chlorine removal by NaOH is best,and in the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,pH about 9,reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 1.0 h,the chlorine removal efficiency of coarse-grained calcine can reach more than 93%,which meet the require of the zinc hydrometallurgy.
