摘 要:本文以富氧底吹炼铜熔炼含砷烟气为研究对象,指出底吹熔炼干法收砷的影响因素包括烟气温度、喷水量、烟气中SO3含量等,其中烟气中SO3含量是影响干法收砷的主要因素。通过试验对比两种碱性药剂NaOH和Ca(OH)2脱除熔炼烟气中SO3的效果,发现Ca(OH)2优于NaOH。在富氧底吹熔炼炉入炉物料为90 t/h,炉料含砷2.32%,氧料比150 m^3/t,富氧浓度75%,并且使用Ca(OH)2作为脱除SO3碱性药剂的条件下,最佳工艺条件为:喷入Ca(OH)2溶液浓度为11%,骤冷塔出口温度控制在170℃。此时,布袋除尘器捕集的砷烟灰As2O3纯度为70.07%,8 h产出的砷灰量28.5 t。此外,Ca(OH)2比NaOH具有更大的成本和环境优势。This article takes the arsenic-containing flue gas of oxygen-rich bottom-blowing copper pyrometallurgy as the research object,and points out that the influencing factors of dry arsenic collection include flue gas temperature,amount of water spray,and SO3 concentration of flue gas,and SO3 concentration of flue gas is the main factor affecting the dry arsenic collection.Through experiments comparing the effects of two basic agents NaOH and Ca(OH)2 on the removal of SO3 of flue gas,it was found that Ca(OH)2 is better than NaOH.When the feed material is 90 t/h,the charge 2.32%arsenic,the oxygen-to-material ratio is 150,and the oxygen-rich concentration is 75%,and Ca(OH)2 is used as the SO3 removel alkaline agent,the best test conditions are as follows,Ca(OH)2 solution concentration 11%,and the exit temperature of quench tower 170℃.This occasion,the purity of As2O3 captured by bag filter was 70.07%,and the output of arsenic ash in 8 hours was 28.5 t.In addition,Ca(OH)2 as SO3 removel alkaline agent has greater cost and environmental advantages than NaOH.
