摘  要:有色冶炼厂污酸中和后液具有硬度高、含盐量高、成分复杂等特点,目前该废水零排放处理技术以膜法浓缩工艺为核心,但在实际生产中存在产水率低、浓水量多、膜寿命短等缺点。本文提出了低温热法短流程浓缩技术(LTE),该技术在处理污酸中和后液时具有流程短、无需软化、产水水质好、浓缩倍率高、不增加废渣废盐等优势。在污酸中和后液浓缩处理应用中,低温热法短流程技术直接运行费用大大低于膜浓缩工艺。The neutralized acid sewage from non-ferrous smelter has the characteristics of high hardness,high salinity and complex composition.At present,the zero-discharge treatment technology of the acid sewage is based on membrane concentration technology,but there are some shortcomings in the actual production,such as low water yield,more concentrated water and short membrane life.In this paper,the low temperature evaporation short process concentration technology(LTE)is proposed,which has the advantages of short process,no softening,good quality of produced water,high concentration rate,and no increase of waste residue and salt.In the application of concentration treatment for neutralized acid sewage,the direct operating cost of LTE is much lower than that of the membrane concentration technology.
