摘  要:氨氮废水对环境和人体健康危害较大,不能直接排放,一直是有色冶金企业难处理的特种废水之一。本文着重介绍了目前常用的氨氮废水处理技术,包括生物法、吸附法、膜吸收法、折点氯化法、化学沉淀法、空气吹脱法和汽提精馏法等,指出这些技术在氨氮废水处理领域的应用原理、适用范围和优缺点。在此基础上,还提出低温热法短流程脱氨技术,其已在云南某冶炼厂实现了工程化应用。实践证明,该技术具有流程简单,可靠性好,操作温度低,设备不易腐蚀结垢,氨氮去除率高,能耗较低,运行费用低,且没有二次污染等优点,实现了“以废气治理废水”的资源循环利用模式。Ammonia nitrogen wastewater,which has a harmful impact on the environment and human health,cannot be directly discharged,and it has always been one of the special wastewaters which is difficult to treat in non-ferrous metallurgical industry.In this paper,it introduces the technologies that are widely used for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater,including biological,adsorption,membrane absorption,break point chlorination,chemical precipitation,air blow-off and stripping distillation,etc,and their application principle,scope,advantages and disadvantages when treating ammonia nitrogen wastwater.Based on this,the paper proposes the low temperature evaporation short process concentration technology,which has been implemented in a smelter in Yunnan.The practice has proven that the technology has following advantages,simple process,good reliability,low operating temperature,equipment being not easy to corrode and scale,high ammonia nitrogen removal rate,low energy consumption,low operating cost,and no secondary pollution,and it achieve the resource recycling mode of“recycling wastewater with waste gas”.
