法医学专业毕业生就业工作探析——以皖南医学院为例

摘　　要：法医学专业属于国家控制专业,招生的规模、要求与普通医学专业存在一定的差异性。自1999年国家开始扩招及就业政策调整,法医学专业存在毕业生人数急剧上升,新增就业岗位相对的工作流程不规范、待遇不稳定和认可度不高等问题。文章通过对皖南医学院近五届法医学专业毕业生的生源基本概况、就业情况进行统计分析,对法医学专业就业工作提出有针对性的建议,供开办法医学专业的院校借鉴和使用。The major of forensic medicine belongs to the national control major,and there are some differences in the scale and requirements of enrollment between the major of forensic medicine and that of general medicine.Since the country began to expand enrollment and adjust the employment policy in 1999,there are some problems in forensic medicine,such as the sharp increase in the number of graduates,the relatively non-standard work flow of new jobs,unstable treatment and low recognition.Based on the statistical analysis of the basic general situation and employment situation of the graduates majoring in forensic medicine in the past five years in Wannan Medical College,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the employment of forensic medicine,which can be used for reference by colleges and universities offering specialty of forensic medicine.
