摘 要:中国南方航空大厦采用一种含装配式全包钢组合构件的框架-核心筒结构体系,为满足建筑功能和抗震性能的要求,核心筒采用了外包钢箱混凝土剪力墙。着重介绍钢箱混凝土剪力墙的设计关键技术,包括承载力计算、构造措施、典型连接节点和防火措施等。采用ABAQUS软件对钢箱混凝土剪力墙轴压性能和压弯性能进行了有限元模拟分析,并与高强钢筋混凝土剪力墙受力性能进行对比;分析了钢箱横肋间距、剪跨比、轴压比对钢箱混凝土剪力墙承载力影响。结果表明,钢箱混凝土剪力墙极限承载力高,延性好,耗能能力强,抗震性能优异。China Southern Airlines Building adopts a frame-corewall structural system of prefabricated steel composite members. In order to meet the requirements of building function and seismic performance, steel box-enclosed concrete shear wall is used in the corewall. The key design techniques of concrete filled steel box shear wall were mainly introduced, including bearing capacity calculation, construction measures, typical joint connections and fire prevention measures. Using ABAQUS software, finite element simulation analysis of the axial compression performance and bending performance of concrete filled steel box shear wall was carried out, and the mechanical performance of high strength reinforced concrete shear wall was compared. The influences of steel box transverse rib spacing, shear span ratio and axial compression ratio on the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel box shear wall were analyzed. The analysis results show that the concrete filled steel box shear wall has high ultimate bearing capacity, good ductility, strong energy dissipation capacity and excellent seismic performance.
