摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化疗法联合氯解磷定对急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者康复进程的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2019年7月本院收治的急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者58例,随机分为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组采用氯解磷定治疗,观察组在此基础上联合血液净化疗法。对比两组康复时间及炎性因子水平变化情况。结果观察组苏醒时间、通气时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,治疗1周后观察组炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化疗法联合氯解磷定治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者,利于缩短康复及住院时间,降低炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of blood purification combined with pralidoxime chloride on rehabilitation process and inflammatory factors in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(ASOPP).Methods A total of 58 patients with ASOPP who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group.Control group was treated with pralidoxime chloride,and observation group was given blood purification based on control group.The rehabilitation time and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results The awakening time,duration of ventilation,recovery time of cholinesterase and hospital stays in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group after 1-week treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification combined with pralidoxime chloride in treatment of patients with ASOPP can shorten rehabilitation time and hospital stays,and decrease the levels of inflammatory factors.
