摘 要:目的探讨PBL教育结合微信平台的使用,在住院患者中进行胰岛素注射宣教的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月至2016年9月住院治疗的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用PBL教育模式,观察组在PBL教育模式外,增加了微信平台的应用。结果观察组可以正确掌握注射胰岛素的技能,并应用于实践中,血糖的控制效果也更好(P<0.05)。与对照组进行对比,该组有相对更少的患者出现低血糖症状。结论 PBL教育模式结合微信平台可显著提高胰岛素注射住院患者的自我注射技能,使得患者相对更少地出现低血糖,血糖的控制效果也更为出色。Objective To explore the effect of PBL education combined with WeChat platform on insulin injection among hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients from April 2016 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups adopted PBL education mode.In addition to the PBL education model,the observation group also increased the application of WeChat platform.Results The observation group could correctly master the skill of insulin injection and apply it to practice,and the control effect of blood glucose was better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were relatively fewer patients with hypoglycemia symptoms in observation group.Conclusion The application of WeChat platform combined with PBL education mode can significantly improve the self-injection skills of inpatients receiving insulin injection,which makes patients with relatively low hypoglycemia and better blood glucose control.
