摘　　要：杭州湾G工厂在生产模式和质量管理上借鉴了丰田的经验,实行准时化生产、看板管理和全面质量管理。经过一段时间的推行与演变,借鉴的丰田经验在实施中逐渐暴露出了一些问题。文章通过对质量管理体系的发展过程与现状进行研究,阐述问题产生的原因并提出解决方案,保障丰田模式推行的成果不被丢弃,逐步提升G工厂的质量管控能力。Hangzhou Bay G factory borrows Toyota's experience in production mode and quality management,and implements just-in-time production,kanban management and total quality management.After a period of implementation and evolution,the referenced Toyota experience gradually exposed certain problems in the implementation.This article studies the development process and current status of the quality management system,explains the causes of the problems,and proposes solutions.Ensure that the results of the Toyota model are not discarded,and gradually improve the quality control capabilities of the G factory.
