摘　　要：通过对一些铝电解企业进行调研,了解到目前应用铸铁材料的部件主要有真空抬包的吸铝管、重熔铝锭铸造生产中所使用的铸模、铝液搅拌车的扒渣板、预焙阳极与阳极钢爪连接处、阴极碳块与阴极钢棒之间的间隙密封等,并对这些部件的铸铁材质的选择进行分析,同时为铝电解企业铸铁材料的应用提出一些参考建议。Based on the investigation of some aluminum electrolysis enterprises,it was known that cast iron materials were mainly used in the suctorial aluminum tube of vacuum ladle,the mold used in the casting production of remelting aluminum ingot,the slag skimming plate of the aluminum liquid mixer,the connection between the prebaked anode and the anode steel claw,and the clearance seal between the cathode carbon block and the cathode steel bar. Then the selection of cast iron materials for these parts were analyzed,and some suggestions for the application of cast iron materials in aluminum electrolysis enterprises were proposed.
