摘 要:基于高海拔地区空气稀薄、气压低等因素对电气设备外绝缘的影响,以西藏某铜矿项目的 10kV电力系统为例,介绍了电气设备的绝缘水平及其在高海拔地区(超过1 000 m)的修正系数,分析了改变电力系统中性点接地方式、采用过电压保护器和增加导体间隙等提高电气设备绝缘水平措施的可行性,最终采用中性点低电阻接地结合过电压保护器的方式来保证高海拔地区的绝缘配合要求,实现了电力系统的安全稳定运行。Based on the influence of rarefied air and low pressure on the external insulation of electrical equipment in high altitude area,taking the 10 k V power system of a copper mine in Tibet as an example,the insulation level of electrical equipment and its correction coefficient in high altitude area( over 1 000 m) were introduced,and the feasibility of measures to improve the insulation level of electrical equipment,such as changing the neutral grounding modes of the power system,using overvoltage protector and increasing conductor gap,was analyzed,and it was determined that the mode of neutral low resistance grounding combined with overvoltage protector was used to ensure the insulation coordination in high altitude area,and the safe and stable operation of the power system was achieved.
