摘　　要：干扰素(interferon,IFN)受外界刺激后可与细胞干扰素受体特异性结合,该信号通路的活化可诱导数百个干扰素刺激基因(interferon stimulated genes,ISGs)的表达,编码多种先天性免疫分子,从而启动或调节机体的免疫应答。干扰素诱导的跨膜蛋白(interferon-induced transmembrane protein,IFITM)正是一种重要的ISGs分子,它在抗病毒免疫、肿瘤形成、骨质代谢、细胞黏附、分化和胞内信号转导等方面发挥着多样的生物学功能,而其抗病毒作用是当前研究的热点,不仅可通过多种途径阻止病毒的侵入,而且IFITMs基因多态性与病毒易感性及严重程度也具有一定相关性。本文对IFITM抗病毒相关研究进展进行综述。Interferon(IFN),binding to celluar interferon receptor specifically after stimulation,can promote the expression of hundreds of interferon stimulated genes(ISGs)that encodes many antiviral innate immune effectors,thus stimulating or regulating the host's immune response.And interferon-induced transmembrane protein(IFITM),an important immune molecule,is just one of ISGs expression products.IFITM have multiple biological functions,such as antiviral infection,involving in tumor formation,regulating bone metabolism,adjusting cell adhesion,affecting cell differentiation,and even having a role in cell signal transduction.However,The antiviral effect of IFITM is one of hot spots in current research.Not only can IFITM prevent the invasion of the virus through a variety of ways,but also the genetic polymorphism of IFITM has a certain correlation with the susceptibility and severity of the virus.Here we reviewed the antiviral progress of IFITM.
