依托互联网云端平台的医学实习生教育与管理模式研究

摘　　要：医学实习生的教育与管理模式主要是由学校-实习医院-实习生与学校-实习生两条线管理,信息化程度较低,在很多条件下,实习生管理、教育存在一定的难度,本文旨在通过“钉钉”这一网络平台,构建实习生的管理、教育群组与工作群组,在此基础上构建实习生(毕业生)工作专项模块,以利于“让数据跑道,人少跑道”这一理念下的网络工作平台,提高实习生的管理、教育效率。The mode of education and management of medical interns is mainly managed by school-hospitalinterns and school-interns.The degree of information is low.Under many conditions,it is difficult for interns to manage and educate,this paper aims to construct the management,education group and Working Group of interns through the network platform of“nailing”,and on the basis of this,to construct the special work module of interns(graduates),in order to“let the data runway,fewer people runway”under the concept of the network work platform to improve the management of interns,education efficiency.
