摘 要:针对特种飞机超宽范围高压交流母线至低压直流母线变换的需求,介绍了一种四路交错boost+移相全桥+同步整流的隔离型高频全功率变换拓扑结构,基于UCC28070和UCC28950控制芯片设计输出28.5 V/4 kW电源,解决了超宽范围输入AC/DC电源低效率转换和稳定性差的问题,为机载设备提供稳定供电。本文着重分析了四路交错boost分段设计处理输入电压的方法。最后通过样机验证表明,采用文中提出的拓扑结构,可以满足特种飞机对电源高效率、高功率密度、宽输入电压范围以及低压大功率输出的需求。In response to the needs of special aircraft ultra-wide-range high-voltage AC bus to low-voltage DC bus conversion,a four-way interleaved boost+phase shift full bridge+synchronous rectification isolated high-frequency full-power conversion topology is introduced.It is based on UCC28070 and UCC28950 control chip design.The output 28.5V/4kW power supply solves the problem of high efficiency conversion and system stability of the ultra-wide range input AC/DC converter,and provides stable power supply for airborne equipment.This article focuses on the analysis of the four-way staggered boost segmented design to handle the input voltage.Finally,the prototype verification shows that the topology proposed in the paper can meet the high efficiency,high power density,wide input voltage range and power input converter of the special aircraft.Demand for low voltage and high power output.
