摘　　要：现代社会依赖于通信和通信的发展,看似无止境的通信业务发展离不开对同步和时间需求的不断提高。无论技术和协议如何,大量的通信研究都确认了这一点。本文研究的主要目标是开发新的基于光纤的时频传递方法。Modern society is dependent on communications and the development of communications.The seemingly endless development of communication services is inseparable from the increasing demand for synchronization and time.This is confirmed by a vast range of research on communications,irrespective of technology and protocol.The main objective of the research that for this thesis is the development of new fiber based methods for time and frequency transfer.
