摘　　要：在铁路信号电缆的生产制造过程中,其绝缘单线工序生产,需要管控的因素很多。从生产工艺控制、设备维护保养、模具使用管控几个方面进行深入分析、探讨、总结,对绝缘单线的质量控制及提升有一定保障作用。In the manufacturing process of railway signal cable,there are various factors that need to be controlled.Among these,the insulation is the most indispensable.This paper will deeply analyze,discuss and summarize from the aspects of production process control,equipment maintenance,and mold use control,which can guarantee the quality control and promotion of the insulation.
