摘　　要：在渔业产业化快速发展过程中,中国普遍面临着资金短缺和融资难等问题。为深入研究中国水产养殖龙头企业如何通过积极创新融资模式开辟新的融资渠道来化解资融资困难,从而获得规模经济,以惠州羊和村渔业产业经济利益共同体作为案例开展了系统研究。在介绍羊和村渔业产业经济利益共同体组织模式的基础上,着重分析了其创新的融资模式、管理模式以及利益分配机制。最后,对中国现代渔业融资模式创新趋势进行了展望。In the process of rapid development of fishery industrialization,China is generally faced with such problems as shortage of funds and difficulty in financing.In order to deeply explore how China's leading fishery enterprises can actively open up new financing channels and innovate financing models to solve the bottleneck of capital,so as to obtain economies of scale,taking the community of economic interests of the fishery industry in Yanghe village of Huizhou as an example,a systematic study was carried out.Based on the introduction of the organization mode of fishery industry economic interests community in Yanghe village,innovative financing mode,management mode,and benefit distribution mechanism were emphatically analyzed.Finally,the innovation trend of China's modern fishery financing model was forecasted.
