摘  要:以31份辣椒杂交组合为试验材料,利用品质指标评价方法,研究了辣椒雄性不育系杂交组合,以期为选育加工辣椒提供参考。结果表明:固形物、干物质、维生素C含量、出成率和红色素含量的变幅分别为1.94%~10.56%、10.16%~24.60%、20.31~191.81 mg·(100g)^-1FW、69.61%~76.40%、0.36~13.52 g·kg^-1。利用聚类分析,将31份辣椒杂交组合按5个指标分为五大组群,在维生素C含量上表现出多样性。其中3份材料综合品质好,是选育加工辣椒的优良材料。依据红色素含量进行聚类分析,可以将136份辣椒杂交组合分为六大组群,材料具有很好的多样性。高红色素含量的杂交组合有4份,所占比例较小(2.94%)。筛选出的优质材料可用作培育新品种。With 31 pepper hybrid combinations as materials,the quality index was used to evaluate the hybrid combinations of pepper male sterile lines in order to provide a reference for the selection and processing of pepper.The results showed that the variation range of the solid content,dry matter,vitamin C content,yield rate and red pigment content was 1.94%-10.56%,10.16%-24.60%,20.31-191.81 mg·(100 g)^-1FW,69.61%-76.40%and 0.36-13.52 g·kg^-1,respectively.Using cluster analysis,the 31 pepper hybrid combinations were divided into 5 groups according to 5 indicators,showing diversity in vitamin C content.Among them,3 materials had good comprehensive quality and were excellent materials for breeding of pepper.According to the cluster analysis of red pigment content,136 pepper hybrid combinations could be divided into 6 groups,and the materials had agood diversity.There were 8 materials with high red pigment content,which account for a small proportion(2.94%).The selected high-quality materials could be used to breed new varieties.
