摘  要:为了研究含α-AlH3的HMX基炸药爆轰产物组成,设计了含α-AlH3不同配比的炸药配方。采用直接混合-梯度冷却法制备炸药造型粉,模压成型,测试样品的爆热和爆容,根据质量守恒、盖斯定律、阿伏伽德罗定律计算爆轰产物组成。测试结果表明,含α-AlH3炸药的爆热与同等质量分数的含铝炸药相当,爆容随α-AlH3含量增加而增大,具有高爆热和高爆容的特点。爆轰产物计算表明,α-AlH3能有效增加爆轰产物中氢气的含量,增加爆轰产物的做功介质。In order to study the composition of detonation products of HMX based explosives containingα-AlH3,a series of explosives containingα-AlH3 with different proportions were designed.The explosive molding powder was prepared by direct mixing gradient cooling method.The detonation heat and capacity of the samples were measured,and the composition of detonation products was calculated according to the mass conservation,Gaith's law and Avogadro's law.For the explosive containingα-AlH3,its detonation heat is equivalent to that of the explosive containing the same mass fraction of aluminum,and its detonation capacity increases with the increase ofα-AlH3 content,which has the characteristics of high detonation heat and high detonation capacity.The calculation of detonation products shows thatα-AlH3 can effectively increase the hydrogen content in the detonation products and the working medium of the detonation products.
