摘　　要：信访工作是中国特色社会主义建设事业的重要组成部分,不仅是群众工作,同时还是一项非常重要的政治工作,所取得的成就为我国各项方针政策的制定与实施提供了现实依据,促进了党的政权建设、组织建设以及经济建设。在社会主义过渡时期,信访工作尤其重要,因为这一时期涌现出了大量社会问题、矛盾和冲突,稍有处理不慎就有可能面临着亡党亡国的危险。本文系统考察了社会主义过渡时期中共信访工作的具体情形,总结了许多宝贵经验,进一步探索了信访工作的一般规律和内在要求,这些对我国改革开放攻坚阶段做好信访工作具有历史借鉴意义和现实意义。The petition work is an important part of the career of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.And it is not only mass work,but also important political work,the achievements of which have provided realistic basis for the formulation and implementation of China's various principles and policies,promoted the Party's political power construction,organizational construction and economic construction.During the socialist transition,petition work was particularly important,because at that time a large number of social problems,contradictions and conflicts had emerged,and there is a danger that the party and the state could be destroyed in the slightest carelessness.This article systematically examines the specific situation of the CPC's petition work during the socialist transition period,summarizes some valuable experience,and further explores the general rules and inherent requirements of petition work.This is of historical and practical significance for doing well petition work during the crucial stage of reform and opening-up in our country.
