白芥子穴位敷贴治疗哮喘急性发作的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白芥子穴位敷贴治疗哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1~12月在医院治疗的急性哮喘发作患者60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在此基础上加用白芥子穴位敷贴治疗。比较治疗后两组临床疗效、主要症状中医证候积分、肺功能指标。结果秩和检验显示,研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、哮鸣音中医证候积分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、哮鸣音中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上加用白芥子穴位敷贴治疗哮喘急性发作,能够显著改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,促进病情缓解,改善肺功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baijiezi acupoint application in the treatment of acute asthma attack.Methods 60 patients with acute asthma attacks treated in hospital from January to December in 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group added the Baijiezi acupoint application treatment on this basis.The clinical efficacy,main symptoms of TCM syndrome scores,and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The rank sum test showed that the clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of respite,cough,expectoration,chest tightness and wheezing sound in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of respite,cough,expectoration,chest tightness and wheezing sound in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding Baijiezi acupoint application on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for acute asthma attack can significantly improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,promote disease relief and improve lung function.
