摘 要:采用反相微乳液法合成了Chitosan/SiO2纳米粒子,通过振荡组装将荧光染料罗丹明B(RhB)固定于该纳米粒子上,制备成RhB/Chitosan/SiO2纳米粒子。基于Cu2+对Rh B/Chitosan/SiO2纳米粒子的荧光猝灭作用建立了定量测定Cu2+的荧光分析方法,探讨了测定机理,优化了实验条件。在优化条件下,Cu2+浓度与体系荧光猝灭值在2. 4×10-7~2. 5×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程ΔF=2. 98×107c+612. 11(r=0. 997),检出限为0. 22μmol/L (3s/k),方法用于延河水中Cu2+的测定,加标回收率为98. 7%~103. 3%。Chitosan/SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by the reverse microemulsion method, and then Rhodamine B was assembled into the nanoparticles by oscillation to serve as a response dye. Based on the fluorescence quenching of Cu2+to the Rh B/Chitosan/SiO2 nanoparticles, a method of fluorescent silica nanoparticles was constructed for detection of Cu2+. The detection mechanism and the experiment conditions of the method were studied and optimized. Under the optimized conditions,the method showed a good linearity over the concentration range from 2. 4 × 10-7 to 2. 5 × 10-5 mol/L,with a linear equation of ΔF = 2. 98 × 107 c +612. 11( r = 0. 997) and detection limit of 0. 22 μmol/L( 3 s/k). The method was stable in detection of Cu2+in Yanhe river water with recoveries between 98. 7% and 103. 3 %.
