摘  要:针对新能源汽车用小体积、低噪音、高效率、高功率密度、长寿命驱动电机的设计要求,基于系统对电机本体的设计指标要求,采用中间转子两侧双定子的轴向磁通电机结构,从定子、绕组、永磁体结构等方面进行参数化分析,采用Ansys/Maxwell有限元分析软件建立了该电机的三维有限元分析模型,对其电磁特性进行了分析,并完成了样机试制和试验,研究表明该电机的电磁设计方案合理,各项性能满足设计要求,相关工作为轴向磁通永磁电机在汽车驱动电机领域的设计开发提供一定参考价值。The design requirements of small size,low noise,high efficiency,high power density and long life drive motors for new energy vehicles were presented,design index requirements of motor ontology based on system,axial flux motor with two stators on both sides of intermediate rotor,the structure of stator,winding and permanent magnet was analyzed,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the motor was established by using Ansys/Maxwell finite element analysis software.The electromagnetic characteristics were analyzed.The prototype had been manufactured and tested.The research shows that the electromagnetic design scheme of the motor is reasonable,the performance meets the design requirements,relevant work provides certain reference value for the design and development of axial flux permanent magnet motor in the field of automotive drive motor.
