摘　　要：面部老化是由多种因素造成的衰老过程,对抗面部老化方式众多,埋线提升作为近年新兴的微创整形手术,因具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快而受到广大求美者的青睐。但单纯埋线的美容效果受多种因素影响,术后易造成面部凹陷、表情不自然等,为弥补其缺陷,增强美容效果,埋线常与A型肉毒素、透明质酸、自体脂肪移植等注射美容技术联合使用,协同增强美容效果,提升求美者的满意度。但由于缺乏相关的基础研究,对联合使用的影响,远期效果和安全性仍有待进一步研究。Facial aging is an aging process caused by many factors,and there are many ways to combat facial aging.Thread lifting as a new type of minimally invasive plastic surgery in recent years,is favored by the majority of beauty seekers because of its simple operation,minimal invasion and quick recovery.However,the cosmetic effect of single thread lifting is affected by many factors,and it is easy to cause facial depression and unnatural expression after surgery.To compensate for its defects and improve the cosmetic effects,thread lifting is often operated together with hyaluronic acid,autologous fat transplantation,and botulinum toxin A,to improve the patient satisfaction.However,due to the lack of basic research,the long-term effects and safety of the combined application need to be further studied.
