中药清浊汤联合泽桂癃爽胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者炎症指标及尿流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药清浊汤联合泽桂癃爽胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者炎症指标及尿流动力学的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2019年6月在中国中医科学院广安门医院南区确诊为慢性前列腺炎的128例患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组予以泽桂癃爽胶囊口服治疗,观察组予以中药清浊汤联合泽桂癃爽胶囊口服治疗,7 d为1个疗程,均连续治疗5个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后炎症指标[白细胞计数、前列腺液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]及尿流动力学指标[最大尿流率、平均尿流率、有效排尿时间、达到最大尿流率时间、排尿前等待时间]变化。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组[81.2%(52/64)比53.1%(34/64)](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的白细胞计数、sIgA、IL-8水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组[(1.05±0.31)×10^9/L比(1.92±0.24)×10^9/L,(107.25±16.57)g/L比(128.21±21.22)g/L,(5.38±1.18)μg/L比(8.17±2.89)μg/L](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的最大尿流率、平均尿流率均升高,且观察组高于对照组[(24.13±5.77)mL/s比(21.03±5.15)mL/s,(12.2±2.0)mL/s比(10.2±1.7)mL/s](P<0.05),有效排尿时间、达到最大尿流率时间、排尿前等待时间均缩短,且观察组短于对照组[(30.09±9.47)s比(31.11±10.38)s,(7.11±2.24)s比(8.26±1.67)s,(6.99±2.16)s比(9.71±1.78)s](P<0.05)。结论中药清浊汤联合泽桂癃爽胶囊可以明显改善慢性前列腺炎患者的炎症指标及尿流动力学,对前列腺炎患者有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effects of Chinese medicine Qingzhuo decoction combined with Zegui Longshuang capsule on inflammatory indexes and urodynamics in patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with chronic prostatitis diagnosed in Southern District of Guang′anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from Jun.2017 to Jun.2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zegui Longshuang capsule,and the observation group was treated with Qingzhuo decoction and Zegui Longshuang capsule.After 5 courses of treatment(7 days/course),the changes of inflammatory indexes[number of leukocytes,secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and urodynamic indexes(maximum uroflow rate,mean uroflow rate,effective micturition time,time to reach the maximum uroflow rate,waiting time before micturition)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[81.2%(52/64)vs 53.1%(34/64)](P<0.05).After treatment,the number of leukocytes,sIgA and IL-8 water in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group[(1.05±0.31)×10^9/L vs(1.92±0.24)×10^9/L,(107.25±16.57)g/L vs(128.21±21.22)g/L,(5.38±1.18)μg/L vs(8.17±2.89)μg/L](P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate and the average urine flow rate of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group[(24.13±5.77)mL/s vs(21.03±5.15)mL/s,(12.2±2.0)mL/s vs(10.2±1.7)mL/s](P<0.05);the effective micturition time,the time to reach the maximum urine flow rate and the waiting time before urination were shortened,and the observation group were shorter than those of the control group[(30.09±9.47)s vs(31.11±10.38)s,(7.11±2.24)s vs(8.26±1.67)s,(6.99±2.16)s vs(9.71±1.78)s](P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Qingzhuo e
