竖罐炼锌工艺改进方向的探讨

摘　　要：竖罐作为成熟炼锌工艺之一,在生产实践中取得了大量技术进步.但由于新工艺不断出现,环保要求日益严格,竖罐炼锌遇到了严峻的挑战.针对竖罐蒸馏法炼锌的瓶颈问题,本文指出了工艺改进方向,并对并列双罐高温强化冶炼前景进行了大胆的展望.As one of the mature zinc smelting processes,vertical tank has made a lot of technological progress in production practice.However,due to the continuous emergence of new technologies and increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,vertical zinc smelting has encountered severe challenges.Aiming at the bottleneck problem of zinc smelting by vertical tank distillation,this paper points out the direction of process improvement,and makes a bold prospect for the prospect of high temperature intensified smelting with parallel double tanks.
