摘  要:新型城镇化是带动西部大开发的重要引擎,基础设施的发展是提升新型城镇化质量的关键。本文使用因子分析法构建道路园林与市政公用两个城镇基础设施发展指数,对青海省39个县级以上城镇基础设施建设现状进行综合测度。研究结果表明青海省城镇道路园林与市政公用设施的发展具有显著空间自相关性,且二者的空间格局存在明显差异。借鉴耦合度模型,本文分析了两个城镇基础设施发展指数的协调度,发现青海大部分城镇未达到中度协调,失调区域集中在青海省南部地区。STIRPAT模型分析结果表明,青海城镇道路园林设施与市政公用设施发展的驱动因素差异较大,城镇道路园林设施的发展主要取决于自然因素和人口密度;城镇市政公用设施发展的驱动因素较多,除自然因素外,还包括民族构成、政府投资和产业结构;效应分析发现,城镇基础设施耦合协调发展有助于缩小城乡居民收入差异。As the major driver of socio-economic development in western regions,new urbanization depends on the coupling development of urban infrastructure.Based on the existing literature and local project experiences,two indexes—urban road&green index(URG)and public facility&service(PFS)—are created for the assessment of municipal infrastructures through a factor analysis.The spatial pattern of the two indexes and their coupling relationship are examined with the tool of GIS.The results reveal that the spatial patterns of the two indexes are disparate.And the coupling analysis indicates that the two indexes are mismatched in most cities,especially in southern regions of Qinghai province.Furthermore,the socio-economic determinants of the two indexes and their coupling relationship are investigated with the STIRPAT model.The regression results explore that URG index is largely driven by population density and urbanization,besides the geographic factors.PFS index is determined by population ethnics,fixed investment,and industry structure.Moreover,the results disclose that the coupling relationship of the two indexes has significant impact on the income gap between the urban and rural residents.
