摘 要:涡电流分选是固废机械化处理工艺中关键的技术,适用导电率不同物质间的分离。本文从涡电流分选原理入手阐述了导电性不同的物料可分离性关键影响因素;研发了ECS型涡电流分选机,该机高速轴承和低速轴承互相不影响的分离结构,筒表磁场强度556.5 kA/m;将导体的涡流分离过程分为三个阶段,并建立起各阶段的运动方程;在铜铝混杂物料分离试验中,表明磁辊转速增大可明显增加铜铝的分离效率,但铝的分离效率要高于铜片。Eddy current separation,a key technology in solid waste mechanical treatment,which is suitable for separating different materials with different conductivity.Based on the principle of eddy current separation,the key factors affecting the separability of materials with different electrical conductivity are discussed.ECS type eddy current separator with 556.5 kA/m magnetic field intensity is developed.The high-speed bearing and the low-speed bearing of the equipment adopts separate structures that do not affect each other.The eddy current separation process of conductor is divided into three stages and the motion equation of each stage is established.In the separation test of copper and aluminum mixed materials,it is shown that the separation efficiency of copper and aluminum can be obviously increased with increasing the rotating speed of magnetic roller,but the separation efficiency of aluminum is higher than that of copper.
