摘 要:为充分利用浦东鸡种质资源及为杂交配套系选育和开发利用提供基本数据,研究以浦东鸡为核心品种组成麻×浦仙、麻×仙浦、石×浦仙、石×仙浦四组三元杂交组合,测定了商品代的生长、屠体及肉质性状。结果显示:商品代90日龄时,石×仙浦、石×浦仙公鸡活重约1.7 kg,母鸡活重约1.3 kg,中小体型,略大于麻×浦仙、麻×仙浦;与90日龄相比,120日龄麻×浦仙、麻×仙浦体重显著增加(P<0.05),且肌苷酸含量增加较石×浦仙、石×仙浦显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,石×浦仙、石×仙浦适宜作为中速型肉鸡进行生产,麻×浦仙、麻×仙浦适宜作为慢速型肉鸡进行生产。In order to take advantage of Pudong chicken and provide basic reference for breeding of high quality broiler hybrid, the traits of growth, carcass and meat quality for four Pudong hybrids(Qingyuan partridge♂×(Pudong♂×Xianju♀) ♀(QPX)), Qingyuan partridge♂×(Xianju♂×Pudong♀) ♀(QXP), Shiqiza♂×(Pudong♂×Xianju♀) ♀(SPX),Shiqiza♂×(Xianju♂×Pudong♀) ♀(SXP) were detected. The results showed that cock and hen of SPX and SXP weighed about 1.7 kg and 1.3 kg at 90 days of age, and their body size were slightly larger than those of QPX and QXP. Compared with 90-day-age commercial chickens, the weight and inosinic acid(IMP) content of QPX and QXP were increased significantly at 120 days of age(P<0.05), and their IMP content were increased more dramatically than those of SPX and SXP. The results revealed that SPX and SXP were suitable to be bred as medium-growing broiler,and QPX and QXP were suitable to be bred as slow-growing broiler.
