摘 要:为了解江苏省水禽养殖基本情况,2018年7月~2019年6月,江苏水禽产业技术体系产业经济岗位团队对江苏省13个地级市共45家水禽养殖场(户)进行调研。结果显示:江苏省水禽小规模大群体饲养比例较高,养殖方式和技术水平相对落后,疫病防控和粪污资源化利用实施难度较大。调研结果为水禽养殖企业转变养殖方式、调整发展规划提供参考,为政府部门制定相关政策提供数据和理论支撑。In order to fully understand the development of waterfowl industry in Jiangsu provincee, from July 2018 to June 2019, the Industry Economic Post Team of Jiangsu Waterfowl Industry Technology System carried out a comprehensive survey on 45 waterfowl farms in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province. Results showed that Jiangsu waterfowl industry had a high proportion of small-scale large-group feeding in waterfowl production. Besides, the production methods and technical level of waterfowl production were relatively backward. Meanwhile, utilization of the manure resources and disease control still needed to be improved urgently. This survey could provide a reference for waterfowl enterprises to change production methods and adjust their development plans, as well as provide data and theoretical support for government formulating related policy.
