摘　　要：目的研究简易版普通话早期言语感知测试(LV-MESP)在大龄语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后康复早期评估中的应用;使用简易版普通话早期言语感知测试(LV-MESP)、听觉行为分级量表(CAP)和言语可懂度量表(SIR),评估大龄语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后康复早期的情况。方法选取在中国人民解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行人工耳蜗植入手术的大龄语前聋患者30例,在术前、开机后3个月、开机后6个月使用简易版普通话早期言语感知测试、听觉行为分级量表和言语可懂度量表进行评估。结果所有患者均完成术前、开机后3月与开机后6月的三次评估。随访CAP得分和LV-MESP得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SIR得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。开机后6月,患者LV-MESP得分与CAP得分的呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究大部分的研究对象在康复早期通过人工耳蜗植入都有不同程度的获益。LV-MESP量表在一定范围内比CAP量表更能体现患者的言语识别能力,但到达上限后,则需引入难度更大的量表进行言语识别能力的评估,如普通话早期言语感知测试量表。Objective To report the utility of the low-verbal Mandarin early speech perception test(LV-MESP)in late-implanted prelingually deafened adolescents and adults after cochlear implantation for assessment of rehabilitation outcomes in comparison to the categories of auditory performance(CAP)and speech intelligibility rating(SIR)tests.Methods Prelingually deafened adolescents and adults(n=30)were assessed with the LV-MESP,CAP and SIR scales before cochlear implantation and at 3 and 6 months after implant start-up.Results When compared across the time points,LV-MESP and CAP scores showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while SIR scores failed to show such differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Test scores suggested benefits for most of the CI recipients in this study.The LV-MESP is somewhat superior over CAT in representing speech discrimination capability,although more complex word lists such as the Mandarin Early Speech Perception List may be needed once the upper limit is reached.
