摘  要:随着人工耳蜗手术的不断发展和完善,越来越多的听障人士从中受益。由于颞骨结构精细、复杂、面神经隐窝空间狭小,为了确保电子耳蜗装置的成功植入,必须掌握每例患者面神经隐窝的解剖特点,目前唯一可以客观准确参考的依据是影像技术。头颅颞骨标本充分暴露解剖结构后进行观察和测量,为我们提供了各解剖标志之间的空间位置和大致距离。而术前通过对颞骨高分辨率CT(HRCT)面神经隐窝相关解剖测量,来了解手术中最大可切除范围,能使耳外科医生在术中精确定位、减少面神经损伤以及相关并发症的发生,有一定的临床参考意义及指导价值。Increasing number of hearing-impaired people are benefiting from the continuous development and improvement of cochlear implantation.Facial recess is a small structure inside the anatomically complex temporal bone.Understanding of facial recess anatomy in each individual patient is critical to successful implantation of the cochlear device.Fully exposed facial recess on a temporal bone specimen allows observation and measurement of spatial positions of and approximal distances between important anatomical landmarks.In the meantime,preoperative anatomical measurement of facial recess on temporal bone HRCT can be used to estimate maximum bone removal and help the surgeon accurately locate the facial nerve during the operation,reducing the occurrence of facial nerve injury and related complications.Combining knowledges from both measurements has certain clinical significance and values.
