摘  要:随着现代医学及分子生物学技术的发展,疾病发生的遗传学研究正在成为现代医学诊疗的热点。遗传学是一门抽象、复杂的学科,且新知识和新理论发展迅速,如何让耳鼻咽喉等非遗传学专业研究生快速理解掌握抽象、难懂的最新研究热点内容(如基因测序、基因调控、基因筛选等),成为培养研究生紧跟学术前沿、提升其科研能力的重要一步。在实际研究生教学工作中,针对喉癌、聋病等遗传学相关致病机制研究,我们综合应用多种教学方法,分别在概念理解描述、最新文献检索、致病机制推理、具体实验设计分析四大模块对研究生进行形象法、案例法及反馈法综合教学,取得了理想效果。多种教学方法的综合应用,不仅明显增进了学生对整体知识的理解掌握,更使学生可以快速、有信心的开展相关研究工作。With the development of modern medicine and molecular biology technology, genetic research on occurrence of disease is becoming a hotspot in modern medical diagnosis and treatment. Genetics is an abstract and complex subject, and new knowledge and theories are developing rapidly. How to make non-genetics graduate students such as otorhinolaryngology students quickly understand and grasp the latest research on hotspot such as gene sequencing,gene regulation, gene screening and so on has become an important step in training postgraduates to keep up with academic frontiers and enhance their ability of scientific research. In the actual work of teaching postgraduates, focusing the pathogenic mechanism of genetics in laryngocarcinoma and Hearing loss, we have applied a variety of teaching methods which contained visualization, case method and feedback method to graduate students in the four modules,which are understanding and description of concept, searching of latest literature, pathogenesis reasoning and specific experimental design analysis. The teaching have achieved the desired results. The comprehensive application of various teaching methods not only significantly enhance students’ understanding of the overall knowledge, but also make them quickly and confidently carry out relevant research work.
