摘  要:飞机活动面缝隙采用封严结构可以有效提升隐身性能。本文提出了一种橡胶夹层结构的封严板结构,对该封严板使用的橡胶材料进行了单轴、等双轴与平面拉伸试验。对常用的Mooney-Rivlin、二次多项式、Neo-Hookean、Yeoh和三次Ogden本构模型进行拟合分析,确定了二次多项式和三次Ogden形式的高弹性材料模型,在此基础上建立了封严板结构有限元模型并进行装配分析和气动载荷作用分析。最后通过试验验证了所选用的橡胶材料高弹性本构模型与橡胶夹层封严板结构仿真分析方法的正确性。The sealing structure applied on the gap of the aircraft movable surface effectively improves the stealth performance.This paper proposes a sealing plate featured with a rubber sandwich structure.The uniaxial,equal biaxial and planar tensile tests were conducted based on this structure.The fitting analysis was performed by the common constitutive models,containing Mooney-Rivlin’s,quadratic polynomial’s,Neo-Hookean’s,Yeoh’s,and Ogden’s third order model.The hyperelastic material model was built by quadratic polynomial model and Ogden’s third-order model.Based on the above analysis,the finite element model of the sealed plate structure was established,and the corresponding assembly analysis and aerodynamic load analysis were performed.The accuracy of the hyperelastic constitutive model of the rubber material and the simulation analysis method for the proposed sealed plate was verified by experiments.
