摘  要:通过取样观察宏观组织和微观组织,对铁白铜BFe10-1-1铸锭整体的力学性能、组织性能进行分析,主要综合分析铸锭存在的缺陷,预测铸锭中所存在缺陷对后续加工过程中组织性能的影响,并分析造成这些缺陷的原因,进而提出有效地防治措施或解决方案。为合理制定这类合金的加工工艺提供依据,同时也为该合金铸造过程建立有价值的数据资料库。Macroscopic and microscopic structures were observed by sampling.The mechanical and organizational properties of iron white copper BFe10-1-1 ingot were analyzed,the defects of ingot were analyzed synthetically,the influence of defects in ingot on the microstructure of ingot was predicted,and the causes of these defects were analyzed,then the effective control measures and solutions were put forward.The basis was provided for making the processing technology of this kind of alloy reasonably,at the same time,a valuable data database was established for the alloy casting process.
