摘 要:基于玉米秸秆经磷酸活化后制备出的活性炭有较好的吸附效果,解决了环境污染和资源浪费问题。本文通过探究时间、温度、料液比、磷酸浓度等因素对活性炭吸附能力的影响,对比后得出实验室条件下的最佳工艺为:炭化温度400℃、炭化时间1 h、料液比为1:3、磷酸质量浓度60%、活化温度400℃、活化时间2 h;进而通过酸碱试剂对活性炭进行改性表明酸改性剂更加有效;并且用磁性材料将活性炭复合之后,其对金属离子的吸附能力比普通活性炭强。Activated carbon based on corn stalks activated by phosphoric acid has a better adsorption effect and solves the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste.The effects of time,temperature,material-liquid ratio,and phosphoric acid concentration on the adsorption capacity of activated carbon were explored.After comparison,the best process under laboratory conditions was as follows:carbonization temperature of 400℃,carbonization time of 1 h,and material-liquid ratio of 1:3.The mass concentration of phosphoric acid was 60%,the activation temperature was 400℃,and the activation time was 2 h.Further modification of the activated carbon with acid-base reagents showed that the acid modifier was more effective,and after the activated carbon was compounded with magnetic materials,its adsorption capacity was stronger than ordinary activated carbon.
