摘  要:焦化废水具有成分复杂、生物难降解、有机物含量高的特点。多段式生物接触氧化法对高浓度污水适应性强,产泥少,抗冲击性好,适合于焦化废水的处理。本文运用多段式生物接触氧化法处理焦化废水。结果表明,当进水COD在2800~3000 mg/L时,出水COD能达到200~260 mg/L,去除率达到90%,出水氨氮也明显下降。该工艺相比于传统的活性污泥法运行稳定,有一定的抗冲击能力,具有一定的推广价值。Coking wastewater has the characteristics of complex component and highly biology difficult to degrade organic matter.The multistage active biological process is suitable for the treatment of coking wastewater due to its strong adaptability to high concentration wastewater,less sludge production and good impact resistance.Multistage active biological process was used for its treatment.Results showed that when the influent COD concentration was 2800~3000 mg/L,the effluent concentration was 200~260 mg/L,the removal rates reached 90%,the effluent NH 4+concentration also decreased significantly.Compared with the traditional activated sludge process,this process has stable operation,certain impact resistance and certain promotion value.
